HOWARD SHERMAN, best known for his iconic portrayal of the fan favorite zombie, Bub, in George Romero's, Day of the Dead, joins the growing guest list for DAYS OF THE DEAD: Atlanta.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of HOWARD SHERMAN to the guest list for DAYS OF THE DEAD: Atlanta.

An accomplished theater, television, and voice actor, Howard Sherman is perhaps best known to horror aficionados for his portrayal of the scene stealing, "Bub," the lead zombie trained to do human tasks, in George A. Romero's 1985 film, Day of the Dead. While not as well regarded in the mainstream as Romero's two previous installments of the "Dead" series (Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead), Day of the Dead has developed quite a rabid cult following since its release on video and is often quoted as being a favorite among hardcore horror fans for its excellent special effects work, dreary setting, and the sensational work of Howard Sherman as Bub, who is arguably the most popular zombie character of all time.

Sherman has also appeared in other films, such as Lethal Weapon 2 (with Mel Gibson and Danny Glover), Retroactive (with James Belushi), Ricochet (with Denzel Washington and John Lithgow), I Come In Peace (with Dolph Lundgren) and Stephen King's The Stand. Howard's extensive television resume includes such shows as Freddy's Nightmares, Quantum Leap, Tales From the Darkside, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Walker Texas Ranger. He has also done an extensive amount of voice acting including work on such popular video games as Red Dead Redemption, Jade Empire, and Devil May Cry II.
